BPS provides this website for your own personal use to obtain information pertaining to marine repair, and also to obtain parts and accessories for marine repairs. While BPS works very diligently to keep this website up to date and to make sure any information provided is accurate at the time of posting, BPS will not be responsible for errors or omissions. Descriptions contain application information and OEM parts numbers. If you are unsure if a part is correct, it is strongly advised to call or e-mail us to verify.

Returns

BPS is an "exchange only" merchant: Items may be returned for the purpose of EXCHANGE ONLY. This means if the item you ordered did not fit your motor it can be exchanged for the correct part. We DO NOT give refunds unless an exchangeable or replacement item is not available.

Canceled orders: All orders canceled will incur a $10.00 service charge for time spent processing the order. No orders may be cancelled once the package leaves our facility.

Electrical/ignition parts: Under no circumstances will any electrical part be returnable unless specifically written warranty applies and is approved by BPS. We are not a loan facility for trial and error repairs!

Guidelines strictly adhered to:

  • No returns will be accepted without first obtaining an RMA number!
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance for returned items.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt (not 2 or 3 months later).
  • Returnable items are subject to a 20% restock fee.
  • Items must be in original packaging in undamaged resellable condition.
  • Any items sealed in plastic such as carb kits or fuel pump kits ARE NOT RETURNABLE IF OPENED.
  • Special order items and associated shipping charges are non-refundable.
(We DO NOT accept returns through the US Mail. Any items sent via US Mail will be refused)

Chargebacks

BPS has a "0" tolerance policy for chargebacks. It can be considered the same type of offense as shoplifting or stealing and can be criminally prosecuted as fraud. Your IP address and timestamp are logged with every order. If you have a problem, contact us first, as long as you are respectful and reasonable, we will be too.
